“Jesus said unto him, if thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven and come and follow me.” Matthew 19:21

The more I hear the saying, “you can’t take it with you when you go” the more I realize how true and deep it is. so many people focus on how much they have and what they have. Christ is showing us in the verse above that our true treasures are in heaven, and SURPRISE!!!…these treasures aren’t transferred according to our savings and monetary investments on earth! Jesus literally says here, to sell what we have and give to the poor. I know that may sound extreme to someone who does not normally donate during year-end giving, but I would like to encourage you to be a part of something special this year. you can know that giving to this ministry will result in a wonderful work for the Lord. I challenge you to see just what giving a small donation may do in your life. Statistics and my own personal experience show that when we give:

• we feel happier
• we feel better about ourselves
