Through inter-active, hands-on field training and one-on-one mentoring, every soul winner will be equipped to begin leading his converts through the discipleship process immediately. The local church will be enabled to have a Discipleship Director equipped with a structured program focused on growing each new convert into the total ministry of the local church.
